This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, providing expert guidance throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations. A successful Commercial Real Estate Agent will thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of customer service. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their commercial real estate needs. Conduct market research to identify potential properties and investment opportunities. Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms. Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings. Provide clients with comprehensive information regarding property management, real estate law, and market trends. Assist clients in navigating the complexities of commercial real estate transactions. Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and administrative tasks. Stay informed about local market conditions and industry developments. Experience Proven experience in sales or customer service within the real estate sector is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader range of clients. Organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently. Administrative experience within a real estate context is advantageous. Knowledge of property management practices is beneficial.
