We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Closer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will excel in converting leads into satisfied customers through effective communication and negotiation skills. As a Closer, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This position requires a strong background in sales and customer service, as well as proficiency in various sales technologies. Duties Utilize negotiation skills to effectively communicate value propositions and overcome objections. Conduct B2C sales by identifying potential business opportunities and developing relationships with key decision-makers. Leverage CRM software, including Salesforce, to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of customer information. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Stay informed about industry trends and technology sales to effectively position our products and services. Skills Strong negotiation abilities with a proven track record in closing deals. Experience in B2C sales, telemarketing, or inside sales environments. Familiarity with technology sales concepts and practices. Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to develop business through outbound calling strategies. Knowledge of marketing principles that support lead generation efforts. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
