We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, blueprint reading, and the ability to work with various tooling and materials. The CNC Programmer will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing operations. Duties Develop and optimize CNC programs for lathes and milling machines using advanced software tools. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining specifications and understand GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and apply it's principles to ensure accuracy in part production. Design tooling and fixtures for complex grabs Set up and operate CNC machinery Selecting appropriate tooling and fixtures. Conduct quality checks using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure parts meet specifications. Troubleshoot programming issues and make necessary adjustments to improve production efficiency. Collaborate with cross functional teams Maintain documentation of programs, setups, and machining processes for future reference. Program CMM Design production process flow and routing in ERP system Qualifications 7-10 years of programming experience. Proficiency in CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code). Experience with CAD/CAM software, particularly Mastercam or similar. Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials specially for aerospace. Ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and techniques. Solid math skills for calculations related to machining operations. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
