Overview
We are seeking experienced and reliable Truck Drivers to join our team. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations. You will also be responsible for handling tasks in the warehouse pertaining to inventory. This is a vital role in our organization, ensuring timely and safe delivery of products. You will be assessed on a 60-day trial basis, pay will be reevaluated after the 60 days. Time and a half pay will be granted for any overtime hours worked. Duties Operate and drive trucks to transport goods and materials to designated locations Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations Complete necessary paperwork, such as delivery logs, mileage records, or incident reports Skills
To excel in this role, you should have the following skills: Experience driving various types of trucks, including box trucks, dump trucks, or tankers Proficiency in load/unload procedures and operating equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts Familiarity with route driving and ability to navigate efficiently using GPS or maps Experience as a warehouse associate or in freight delivery is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries If you are a skilled Truck Driver with a passion for delivering goods safely and efficiently, we would love to hear from you.
