About the Role We are a fast-growing real estate development company based in San Diego, focused on build to rent and build to sell multifamily projects. We are seeking a highly organized and licensed (real estate or broker) Transaction Coordinator to join our team full-time. You will be the key to ensuring smooth, efficient property acquisitions and offer-to-close transactions, while maintaining seamless organization across OneDrive and Salesforce. This is an exciting opportunity to join a developer team where you will play a critical role in scaling operations. Key Responsibilities Manage residential and development transactions from offer acceptance through to closing—coordinate inspections, deadlines, escrow, and contract fulfillment. Ensure timely and accurate document management—track, prepare, and file contracts, disclosures, addenda, etc. Maintain clear, timely communication with all stakeholders: developers, agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, title/escrow teams. Organize and manage all transaction files within OneDrive—ensure version control, accessibility, and structure across all deals. Administer and update Salesforce to log and track transaction progress, milestones, and compliance. Monitor and enforce all transaction deadlines and contingency periods to avoid delays or contract compliance issues. Develop and implement workflows and checklists to ensure consistency and efficiency across all transactions. Qualifications Must be a licensed real estate agent or broker in California. Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator—or analogous role—in real estate (offer-to-close management). Ability to work independently, anticipate issues, and proactively resolve them. Preferred Experience in both residential and multi-family development transactions. Familiarity with real estate transaction software (e.g., Dotloop, DocuSign, transaction management platforms). Why Join Us? Be the cornerstone of our San Diego development projects, ensuring smooth acquisitions and closings. Competitive salary with room for growth. Collaborative, supportive, and entrepreneurial team environment. Access to training, professional development, and real estate systems mastery.
