As our Transaction Coordinator, you'll be the GLUE — making sure nothing slips through the cracks between contract and closing. We follow our main core values: Integrity Self development Urgency Charity Ownership What You'll Do: Open files with the title company and track progress Communicate with sellers, buyers, lenders, and title officers Review title reports and flag issues Track earnest money deposits and loan progress Schedule inspections, appraisals, and closings Send weekly updates to all parties Follow documented processes (we will train you on real estate specifics) Keep all documents organized and stored properly in Google Drive/CRM What We're Looking For: Strong attention to detail — you notice mistakes others miss Process-oriented — loves checklists and structure Dependable — follows through until the task is complete Calm and professional in communication, even when deadlines are tight Comfortable learning basic real estate transaction terms and timelines Familiarity with Google Drive, Gmail, Zoom, and DocuSign (or quick to learn) Experience in administrative, project coordination, or customer service roles a plus Preferred personality style: Steady, dependable, and thorough This Role Is NOT For You If: You dislike working within defined systems You get easily stressed when juggling multiple priorities You thrive only in sales or high-commission roles You dislike repetitive, detail-focused work Position Details: Type: Full-time Location: In Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm CST Pay: $2,500 / per month Commission Opportunity Paid training provided Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30, $40,000.00 per year Benefits: Paid time off Parental leave Professional development assistance Application Question(s): You have 5 files to manage and two closings scheduled for the same day.
