Job Description: As a Plumbing Dispatcher, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating plumbing service calls, managing technician routes, and ensuring timely communication between customers and our field staff. Responsibilities: Receive incoming calls and service requests Schedule and dispatch plumbers based on availability, location, and job priority Communicate effectively with customers and technicians throughout the day Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed Maintain accurate records of jobs, schedules, and customer interactions Handle emergency service calls and coordinate after-hours responses Assist with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: Previous experience as a dispatcher in a service industry (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.) preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in dispatching software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent required Benefits: Competitive pay Performance-based bonus structure tied to service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and scheduling accuracy Opportunities for growth and advancement Job Type: Full-time Pay: $ $22.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Experience: Dispatching: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: Miramar, FL Required) Work Location: In person
