HVAC CSR / Dispatcher (Bilingual )
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher to join our HVAC team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the HVAC or trades industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage scheduling and dispatch operations efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and provide excellent customer service
Schedule and dispatch technicians to service calls in a timely manner
Coordinate daily schedules, ensuring efficiency and coverage
Maintain accurate records in our dispatching system
Communicate effectively with technicians and customers throughout the day
Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and resolve issues professionally
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of CSR or dispatching experience (HVAC or related industry )
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Proficient with scheduling/dispatch software and computer systems
Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
