Subject: Civil Litigation Law Firm Seeking Entry Level Licensed Paralegal We are a civil litigation firm with emphasis in Personal Injury. We are located in Newport Beach CA. The position offers the applicant extensive opportunity to increase their skill level and knowledge in all areas of pre-litigation, litigation and trial. Qualifications: 3+ years of Civil Litigation Experience. Prefers 5-10 years of experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bi-lingual (Spanish) applicants encouraged, Excellent organizational skills Work well with others Job Duties Client control and service Calendaring court hearings and civil procedure deadlines Attention to detail relative to pre-litigation and litigation files Pleadings, filing complaints and respective motions Discovery Client file preparation and audit Demand prep Trust Account and lien negotiations Work with medical providers, order medical records, and experts Notice and set depositions Arrange travel for Attorney Have strong knowledge of Attorney portfolio Essentially, this Law firm requires a self motivated, dedicated, self driven, and trustworthy individual, who seeks a challenging position and desires to improve their station in life, while at the same time further enhancing this Law firm's outstanding reputation.
