Must Haves: Experience with conversational AI chatbot projects Previous experience with GenAI projects AWS expertise is a MUST, including experience with Lex, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and DynamoDB Exposure to Gen AI and implementation experience; Python development skills are beneficial but not required Conversational AI / NLP Implementation: Hands-on experience with NLP/NLU tools (e.g., Amazon Lex, Google Dialogflow, Rasa, Azure Bot Framework) Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models for dynamic, context-aware responses Experience designing and deploying chatbot solutions across web and mobile platforms Familiarity with cloud-native services, including compute, storage, and networking architecture Integration & DevOps: Experience designing APIs and integrating chatbots with backend services Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) Seniority level
