Overview

Director, Digital Supply Chain and Analytics. This role leads enterprise-wide supply chain transformation by driving strategic planning, advanced analytics, and digital innovation. It is accountable for developing and executing a multi-year roadmap that aligns with business objectives, improves operational performance, and builds future-ready capabilities across the supply chain network. Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Transformation : Define and execute the strategic direction for Supply Chain Strategy & Technology, aligning with enterprise goals and evolving market dynamics. Develop and maintain a multi-year planning (MYP) roadmap that drives digital maturity and end-to-end supply chain optimization. Lead cross-functional transformation programs that align supply chain digital strategy with business objectives, delivering cost-to-serve improvements and enhanced service levels. Apply agile methodologies for scalable execution, including change impact assessments, readiness planning, and adoption tracking. Deliver scalable analytics solutions, leveraging predictive analytics, scenario modeling, and AI/ML to optimize performance and support data-driven decisions. Build enterprise dashboards, KPI frameworks, and digital tools (e.g., control towers, digital twins, automation platforms) to inform strategic and operational decisions. Partner with IT to co-develop and sustain the technical infrastructure required for advanced analytics and supply chain systems. Strong expertise in ERP and planning systems (e.g., S4Hana) and their integration with broader enterprise architecture. Lead enterprise-wide initiatives for Supply Chain Network Modeling, Analysis, and Optimization; collaborate with Supply Chain Leaders and external consultants as needed. Act as the Supply Chain functional integrator for Data Governance; partner with IT, the Supply Chain Principal Data Owner, and Data Domain Owners to embed enterprise data governance practices into the function. Stakeholder Influence & Engagement

Build and sustain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to align transformation goals and deliver impactful solutions. Translate complex technical and analytical concepts into compelling, actionable insights for executive leadership and operational teams. Proven success in influencing cross-functional stakeholders around a unified vision for change. Organizational Design & Talent Development

Design future-state operating models and talent strategies to support long-term transformation goals. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of strategists, analysts, and technologists. Implement career pathing, succession planning, and capability-building programs to develop next-generation supply chain talent. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain strategy, analytics, or transformation roles Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, enterprise-wide initiatives Demonstrated ability to translate technical and analytical concepts into actionable business insights Strong digital acumen, including familiarity with data ecosystems, analytics platforms, and supply chain technologies Business acumen with exposure to margin improvement, P&L management, and go-to-market strategies Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills Experience with advanced supply chain planning tools (e.g., S4hana) Familiarity with AI/ML applications in supply chain optimization and predictive analytics Experience in global supply chain operations and transformation programs Background in change management, organizational design, or capability building Exposure to benchmarking and performance management across cross-sector analytics teams Certification in supply chain or analytics disciplines (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma, PMP, CSCP) Deep, end-to-end supply chain domain knowledge (planning, logistics, procurement, etc.) Strong digital acumen, including familiarity with data ecosystems, analytics platforms, and emerging technologies Business acumen with exposure to P&L management, margin improvement, and go-to-market strategies High proficiency in translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills Seniority level
