Act as a key thought partner to product leaders, representing the voice of the user and ensuring design decisions prioritize user needs. Share design concepts early and often, incorporating feedback to improve solutions. Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and Design on dual-track agile processes and advocate for best practices in UX. Collaborate with researchers to gather insights for long-term strategic product questions. Lead and execute design efforts across highly complex cross-functional projects. Establish and scale consistent design patterns via the design system to maintain cohesive experiences across business areas. Provide creative direction and conduct design reviews to ensure alignment with product vision. Introduce and implement new practices within the design team to drive process improvements and efficiency. Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering growth in craft and design thinking. Must Have

Digital portfolio available for review. Bachelors degree and 10+ years of professional experience in product/UX design. Proven background in UX strategy, outstanding craft quality, and meticulous attention to detail. Mastery in at least two of the following and expertise in at least two others: visual design, UX design, prototyping, front-end development, user research, experiment design. Strong foundation in AI, natural language, and machine learning concepts. Ability to independently navigate ambiguity and drive solutions. Proven skill in creating alignment across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Experience working with and contributing to design systems. Strong analytic and organizational skills with the ability to translate technical complexity into intuitive user flows, diagrams, and scenarios. Nice to Have

Experience driving large-scale design system adoption and governance. Hands-on technical knowledge in prototyping tools or front-end development. Prior leadership experience within distributed or global design teams. Experience facilitating strategy workshops with executives and cross-domain stakeholders. EEO
