Senior Digital Product Design Manager , you will lead and contribute to the design of CITY’s Digital Products. You’ll collaborate with Technology, Marketing, eCommerce, and Product Management to deliver innovative, intuitive, and brand-elevated experiences across all digital touchpoints. You will mentor and coach the Digital Product Design team to help each member grow in their craft and reach their full potential, ensuring the success of CITY Furniture’s Creative department. Reports To: Creative Director / VP of Creative. Departments/Location: Creative / Core Creative; Remote – South Florida based. Portfolio submission is required with applications. What You’ll Do

Strategy & Planning: Partner with business and technology teams to translate customer needs into simple, intuitive design solutions; influence product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization with a design-centered perspective; advocate for the customer using human-centered design methods, research, and testing; ensure accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design practices; stay current with design trends and industry best practices. Design & Delivery: Contribute directly to product design from concept through high-fidelity execution; own and evolve CITY’s design system for consistency and scalability; conduct research, usability testing, persona development, and data analysis to inform decisions; facilitate workshops and discovery activities to align stakeholders; translate concepts into actionable specifications for development teams. Team Leadership & Development: Mentor designers, set KPIs, promote adoption of the design system, conduct IDPs and team retros; develop standards and processes to drive efficiency and quality; influence senior stakeholders through storytelling about business impact; foster collaboration and innovation within the team. Additional duties: Adhere to Standard Work and role responsibilities; perform additional duties as needed as business conditions change. What We’re Looking For

Competencies & Skills: Effective communicator; deep UX/UI and digital product design expertise; strong understanding of human-centered design, usability, and accessibility; proficiency in Figma (and tools like FigJam, Adobe Creative Cloud, Miro); experience evolving and maintaining a design system; strong research, user testing, and data analysis capabilities; ability to develop personas to guide strategy; ability to provide clear development specifications and assets. What’s Required

Education & Work Experience: Bachelor’s in HCI, Human Factors, or related field a plus but not required; 5+ years of UX/UI or Digital Product Design experience; 4+ years leading design teams; experience developing or evolving a design system; strong portfolio is required (applications without portfolio will not be reviewed). Work Environment & Schedule: Monday through Friday; 5-10% travel to Corporate office in Tamarac, FL and/or to attend events. Physical Requirements: Prolonged sitting. Technology Requirements: Figma; Adobe Creative Suite; Microsoft Office; Google Suite; Project Management Tools (e.g., JIRA). Certifications / Licenses: UX/UI certifications; Valid Driver License.
