Overview Showroom Operations & Event Coordinator

This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Pay rate

of $38-$42/hr.

You will receive comprehensive training from an existing showroom manager to set you up for success. Please note that once trained, the role may feel a bit repetitive, so being

self-motivated

and prepared for consistent, ongoing tasks is key to success.

We're looking for a proactive and polished

Showroom Operations & Event Coordinator

to be the face of our Washington, D.C. showroom. This is a critical, on-site role where you'll be the central hub for all showroom activities, working closely with multiple teams to ensure a world-class client experience.

You are the first impression for our clients and a key collaborator for our internal teams. If you are a driven and professional individual with a high level of customer service, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Be the Face of the Showroom:

Work directly with dealers and clients, providing a high-level, professional presence.

Manage Showroom Events:

Coordinate and set up displays, and manage all catering and logistical needs for client events and meetings held within the showroom.

Support the Team:

Act as the central point of contact for all teams, ensuring all events and client visits are prepared and set up for success. Your collaboration will be essential in this busy, fast-paced environment.

Handle Administrative Tasks:

Use our CRM system to book and manage client visits and events, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

Previous experience in a

showroom, event planning, or hospitality

role is preferred. Candidates with a background in

set design or photography design

are also ideal.

Professionalism:

You must be polished, professional, and possess a high level of customer service.

Proactive & Collaborative:

A driven individual who takes initiative and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Sales Acumen:

Experience in business or commercial sales is a plus.
