Showroom Concierge

to join their Chicago team on a part-time, contract basis. This role is all about creating an exceptional first impression for clients, guests, and internal teams visiting the showroom. Showroom Concierge , you'll balance hospitality, operational support, and light sales assistance to ensure the space not only looks its best but also operates seamlessly. You'll be the go-to person for client hosting, showroom readiness, event support, and administrative coordination-all while helping foster strong client relationships in a polished, brand-aligned environment.

What You'll Do

Client Experience & Hospitality Welcome and host clients, guests, and team members with professionalism and warmth Coordinate hospitality services, including catering setup, beverage service, and cleanup Prepare and reset showroom spaces before and after client visits and events Showroom Operations

Ensure showroom is client-ready at all times-clean, organized, and visually aligned Troubleshoot and support basic tech needs (Teams, AV, monitors, printers) Manage hospitality supplies, promotional items, and sample inventory Coordinate with property management and facilities for deliveries, repairs, or security needs Administrative & Sales Support

Book meeting rooms, order catering, and set up AV/tech resources for client events Assist sales teams with mock-up setups, visit logistics, and event breakdowns Provide walk-in visitors with basic product knowledge and assistance Support strategy sessions and VIP visit planning Job Requirements

What You'll Bring

1-3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or showroom operations Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and comfort with basic tech troubleshooting Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities A collaborative approach paired with the ability to work independently Flexibility and a growth mindset-ready to step in where needed Schedule

Part-time contract role : 20-30 hours per week Hours typically fall between late morning and early evening Occasional evening hours expected to support client events Titles Encouraged to Apply
