Lead the centralized management of critical global workplace operations, focusing on strategic financial oversight, vendor governance, and scalable program development. Ensure streamlined global service delivery and ability to adapt to local culture, regulations, regional nuances, and business needs. Collaborate with Places Site Managers, Project Delivery, Places Technology, Procurement, and Finance to align centralized workplace services with the company’s strategic initiatives. Identify and explore opportunities to optimize financial efficiencies and program effectiveness with a Day 1 mindset. What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)

Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Facilities Management, or a related field. Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in global operations management with a focus on financial management, vendor contract governance, and program development in a large, multi-national organization. Experience developing and implementing operational processes and documentation for global service delivery. Experience managing and optimizing transportation or commute programs. Experience with IFM partner management, including leading RFPs, contract negotiations, and performance management. Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a track record of influencing and collaborating with diverse stakeholders at all levels. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment and manage multiple complex priorities. Ability to travel internationally as required. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Leadership: Lead the global implementation of centralized workplace programs and policies; ensure service consistency with local adaptation; collaborate with stakeholders to align centralized services with broader initiatives; apply a Day 1 mindset to optimize financial efficiencies. Process, Procedure, & Documentation

Develop, standardize, and maintain global processes for centralized workplace operations including IFM service delivery, financial management, vendor engagement, and program execution; create playbooks and training materials; implement governance frameworks; regularly update policies. Commute & Transportation Program Ownership

Serve as the global program owner for commute and transportation initiatives; develop and manage strategies to optimize employee commute experiences and related vendor relationships; analyze program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. Budgeting & Financial Management

Manage global workplace services budgets with forecasting and cost control; identify cost-saving opportunities; develop financial plans for service implementations or changes; lead annual capital planning for global facilities projects. Facilities Projects Oversight

Provide centralized oversight and governance for global facilities projects; align with financial objectives and timelines; collaborate with Places Site Managers and Project Delivery teams; maintain a database of workplace information for decision-making. Vendor & IFM Partner Management

Primary relationship owner for global IFM partners and key vendors; drive performance via SLAs, KPIs, and QBRs; lead RFPs, contract negotiations, and renewals; ensure vendors meet agreed outcomes and report performance to leadership. Pay and benefits: The base pay range is listed as $189,500 - $256,000 per year for this position in the Bay Area, California. This role may be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with company plans. Pay offers are based on knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Seniority level
