JOB SUMMARY:
We're looking for a hands-on, highly adaptable Property Support Manager to provide operational and compliance support across our HUD, PSH and LIHTC communities. This role requires frequent travel between properties to assist with lease-ups, takeovers, annual recertifications, and other key operational tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, can quickly step in to manage a property when needed, and has a strong understanding of affordable housing compliance.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Travel regularly to assigned properties to provide direct operational support.
Assist with new property lease-ups and takeovers, ensuring smooth transitions and timely move ins.
Oversee completion of annual recertification paperwork and other compliance documentation.
Onboard and train site staff on company processes, compliance requirements, and resident relations.
Serve as acting property manager during vacancies, vacations, or other absences.
Work closely with leadership to improve efficiency, organization, and resident satisfaction at each site.
Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to:
Required to travel from property to property within the Denver Metro area, Boulder and Colorado Springs.

Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors and employees at all levels throughout the organization.
Must be able to follow directions, provide excellent customer service, display respect and professionalism always.
Must be able to work independently or as part of a team when required.
Attention to detail and sound judgement.
Physical: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, walk up and down stairs, stand, sit, lay for extended periods of time.
Equipment: Must be able to handle general office equipment (fax, computer, copier) and mobile phone.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of property management experience, preferably with HUD, PSH and LIHTC programs.
Strong working knowledge of affordable housing compliance regulations.
Exceptional adaptability, organization, and communication skills.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently between multiple properties.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) or Certified Property Manager (CPM).
Experience with RealPage Onesite Property Management Software.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
