Master Dental Technician — Ceramics, CAD/CAM, Digital Dentistry
Location: Toms River, NJ
Salary: $150,000/year (Top Tier for NJ/NY Market)
Schedule: Full-time, 6 days/week (Mon–Sat)
We are a high-volume practice with an advanced in-house lab, serving a large patient base in New Jersey and beyond. Our focus is All-on-X full-arch restorations, crowns, bridges, and advanced digital workflows.
We run a state-of-the-art, fully digital lab and are seeking a Master Dental Technician with expertise in ceramics, CAD/CAM design, and digital integration.
Key Responsibilities
Ceramics & Restorations
Stain, glaze, polish, and finish zirconia crowns, bridges, and full-arch restorations.
Perform green-state zirconia adjustments when necessary.
Ensure esthetics, durability, and functionality on every case.
Milling & Oven Operation
Operate and maintain milling machines (HyperDent proficiency required).
Run and monitor sintering ovens and porcelain ovens.
Digital Design
Design crowns, bridges, All-on-X full-arch cases, PMMA provisionals, Ti-bar frameworks, and night guards.
Proficient in 3Shape and/or Exocad.
Prepare precise design files for both milling and 3D printing.
3D Printing Workflow
Print, wash, cure, and finish:
PMMA provisionals
Bone reduction guides, pin guides, and surgical guides
Night guards and occlusal splints
Models for ceramicists and restorative workflows
Advanced Digital Integration
Operate photogrammetry systems (iCam4D) for full-arch precision.
Utilize face scanner and jaw motion tracking software for esthetic and functional design.
Qualifications;
5–10+ years of dental lab experience, preferably in an implant/high-volume setting.
Master-level ceramicist skills.
Strong CAD/CAM background (3Shape, Exocad, HyperDent).
Advanced knowledge of 3D printing workflows and surgical guide fabrication.
Highly organized, efficient, and able to manage high case volume.
