We are currently seeking a Recruiter with strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills to help us expand our team of Business Development Partners and Billing Analysts across the U.S. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in recruiting, coaching, or leadership, who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about connecting people with opportunities. As a Vuior Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, hiring, and mentoring top talent while promoting our mission of financial empowerment. Responsibilities Team Recruitment: Source, interview, and recruit Business Development Partners and Analysts nationwide. Coaching & Development: Mentor new hires and provide ongoing support to ensure success in outreach, sales, and engagement. Performance Management: Track recruiting performance and recommend strategies to achieve hiring goals. Goal Setting: Align recruiting efforts with company objectives, ensuring talent growth supports business expansion. Networking: Attend hiring events, virtual job fairs, and build relationships within professional communities to expand recruitment reach. Brand Awareness: Promote Vuior Billpay's mission and culture to attract top talent. Team Meetings: Host regular recruitment team check-ins to review progress, resolve challenges, and celebrate achievements. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, coaching, or leadership roles. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate candidates and team members. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional time management and organizational skills. Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or sales recruitment preferred. Pay & Benefits Pay: Up to $75 per hour (based on experience and performance).
