About the Role
Vuior Billpay is looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us expand our user base and grow our community. As an SDR, you will be on the front lines of outreach—generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and setting up conversations for our Business Development team.
This role is all about building pipeline and driving growth. What You'll Do
Execute outbound outreach campaigns (calls, emails, social networking) to generate interest.
Qualify inbound leads and direct them to the appropriate Business Development Partner or Account Manager.
Set up and schedule virtual product demos, consultations, and onboarding calls.
Ask discovery questions to understand households' or businesses' financial needs and bill savings goals.
Accurately document customer interactions, notes, and progress in our CRM system.
Collaborate closely with recruiters and business development leaders to achieve monthly growth targets.
Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
What You Bring
1+ year of sales, outreach, or recruiting experience preferred (call center, fintech, or SaaS a plus).
Coachable, adaptable, and hungry to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
Ability to stay organized while managing multiple prospects.
Positive, resilient attitude with a competitive drive.
Comfortable with remote work, self-management, and meeting performance metrics.
Earning Potential
Hourly Rate: Up to $75/hr (based on performance)
Bonuses: Uncapped commissions and performance incentives
OTE (On Target Earnings): $90,000+ potential annually

You've built a steady stream of qualified opportunities for the Business Development team.
You are consistently hitting or exceeding call, email, and meeting metrics.
You're scheduling high-quality appointments that lead to sign-ups and activations.
