As we continue to grow, we are seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen our HR function.
Position Summary
As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, policies, and practices. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and can balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution. You will partner closely with company leadership to drive recruitment, employee development, compliance, and engagement initiatives that support our growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
Partner with leadership to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Own full-cycle recruitment: crafting job descriptions, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring top talent joins the organization.
Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
Administer and optimize benefits programs; manage vendor relationships and employee inquiries.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as internal policies.
Manage payroll processing and oversee timekeeping, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Develop and implement employee engagement and retention strategies, including training programs and company events.
Maintain and continuously improve HR systems, processes, and reporting.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational culture, workforce planning, and talent development.
Qualifications & Requirements
4+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, federal and California employment laws, and compliance requirements.
Experience with ADP Total Source or other HRIS/payroll systems strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with managers and leadership.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Pay: $72, $100,000.00 per year
