The Grill Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of menu items, ensuring that all dishes are served to the highest standards. This role is essential in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and cook grilled items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, including proper food handling and storage practices. Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation practices. Qualifications Previous experience as a grill cook or similar role within the food industry is preferred. Ability to use grills and other cooking equipment effectively. Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on cooking techniques, particularly grilling. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling. Excellent knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
