Position Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Construction Sales Executive with experience in B2B and residential sales. This role combines a competitive base salary ($60,000) with uncapped commissions, offering top performers $250K+ annually. The Construction Sales Executive will focus on generating new business and nurturing long-term client relationships across homeowners, HOAs, property managers, assisted living facilities, and business owners. You'll work hand-in-hand with Tekram's Estimators and Project Managers to ensure proposals are accurate, delivered on time, and executed with excellence. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development Sell Tekram's full range of services: Roofing, Solar, Remodeling, and General Construction. Prospect and secure new clients through both B2B and residential channels. Conduct consultations, site visits, and presentations tailored to customer needs. Negotiate contracts and close profitable deals. Client Management Develop proposals with support from the Estimating team. Deliver outstanding customer service from first contact to project completion. Build lasting client relationships that generate repeat and referral business. Collaboration & Teamwork Report directly to the Sales Manager and align with company sales strategies. Partner with Estimators, Project Managers, and Operations for seamless project handoff. Contribute to a team-first culture built on accountability, integrity, and shared success. Work Schedule Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Occasional evenings or weekends for client meetings as needed. What Tekram Provides Base Salary: $60,000 + NO CAP commissions. Requirements Minimum 2 years proven sales experience (construction, roofing, solar, or related industry strongly preferred). Experience in B2B sales (HOAs, property managers, commercial clients) and residential sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
