Job Description:
Pre-Litigation Attorney: We're looking for a Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to manage a high-volume caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury claims. This role focuses on getting favorable settlements for clients without going to court. Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of pre-litigation files (e.g., auto accidents, premises liability). Evaluate cases, review evidence, and determine case value. Communicate with clients and negotiate with insurance companies to reach settlements. Draft demand letters and settlement proposals. Work with support staff to keep case files organized. Qualifications: J.D. degree and an active state bar license. Experience in personal injury, with a focus on pre-litigation. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage a large caseload effectively.
