Basic Function:
The Human Resources Generalist supports day-to-day HR operations and employee services across the organization. This role requires bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. The HR Generalist ensures HR processes are carried out efficiently and in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Assist with employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems
Coordinate training sessions and employee development activities
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal procedures
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation using Microsoft Office
Support benefits administration and leave tracking
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
Experience: 2–4 years of generalist-level HR experience
Experience in a bilingual or multicultural work environment preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and organizational ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Familiarity with HRIS systems and basic reporting
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Knowledge of U.S. labor laws and HR best practices
