Overview We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Analyst with expertise in both online and offline sales channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing and analyzing marketing performance across major retail and e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Wayfair, Costco, and social commerce platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. This role will drive actionable insights that improve sales performance, strengthen brand presence, and optimize ROI across all sales touch-points. Key Responsibilities Sales & Marketing Data Analysis Collect, interpret, and analyze sales and marketing data from both digital (e-commerce, social media) and offline (in-store, wholesale) channels. Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, click-through rates, customer acquisition cost, and sales growth by merchant/platform. Develop dashboards and regular reports to track performance across all channels. Platform & Merchant Performance Tracking Evaluate product and marketing performance on Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Walmart Marketplace, Target+, Home Depot, Wayfair, and Costco wholesale programs. Assess promotional campaign effectiveness on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other paid media channels. Identify opportunities for growth, assortment optimization, and cross-platform promotions. Market & Customer Insights Conduct competitive analysis to understand pricing, product positioning, and promotional trends across merchants. Segment customer data by channel and merchant to support targeted marketing strategies. Evaluate social commerce trends and their impact on sales funnels. Collaboration & Strategy Support Partner with sales, digital marketing, merchandising, and creative teams to align campaign strategies with business goals. Provide recommendations for marketing spend allocation between online and offline channels. Support seasonal sales planning and promotional calendars for each merchant. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, e-commerce analysis, or multi-channel retail sales. Direct experience managing campaigns and analyzing data for major merchants and social media platforms listed above. Skills & Competencies Proficiency in data analytics tools: Google Analytics, Amazon Brand Analytics, Walmart Retail Link, Power BI, Tableau, Excel. Strong understanding of e-commerce SEO, PPC campaigns, retail media networks, and social media advertising. Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. Strong communication and presentation skills.
