We have an urgent need for Machine Operator II, and this is an Onsite role in Medley, FL, Please find the job details below. Title: Machine Operator II Location: Medley, FL, 33178 Duration: Long Term Contract Pay rate: $24-25 per hour on W2 Number of positions: 3 Position Description: Machine Operator II - CNC-Mill department Position 1. CNC- Milling Machines - Operations · Perform fundamental CNC-Milling Machines 3 and 5 axes. · Set up machines and apply safety protocols in machining environments. · Demonstrate knowledge of the basics of CNC programming, including G-code and conversational programming. · Set up and operate CNC machining and turning centers. · Demonstrate knowledge of nontraditional machining technologies and advanced tool setups. · Apply multi-axis machine techniques for complex parts. · Conduct quality checks and effectively present project results Position 2. Precision Measurement and Tools · Operate precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators · Accurately measure tolerances and perform part inspections. · Apply statistical process control (SPC) methods to monitor machining quality. · Explain the purpose of statistical process control (SPC) · Implement quality assurance principles and maintain proper documentation Position 3.
