Assistant Teachers have some post secondary education or early childhood classes. Assistant Teacher Duties will include, but not limited to: Assistant Teachers Help execute weekly lesson plans Assistant Teachers Help maintain an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages exploration Assistant Teachers Build strong relationships and maintains frequent communication with families Assistant Teachers use expertise and knowledge to adhere to state licensing requirements Assistant Teachers assist with compliance with state adult/child ratios Assistant Teachers will assist in Light cleaning and preparing room for care Aide Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years old Must meet all state preschool teacher assistant or Aide requirements High level of flexibility and willingness to work within business hours Aide Job Duties will include, but not limited to the following: Help execute weekly lesson plans Help maintain an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages exploration Builds strong relationships and mantains frequent communications with families Collaborates with parents to achieve success for their child Uses expertise and knowledge to adhere to state licensing requirements Assures compliance with state adult/child ratios Assists with light cleaning and preparing room for care.
