Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management and demonstrate expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control. This role requires effective leadership and communication skills to ensure that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Manage and supervise daily field operations on multiple job sites Coordinate schedules, manpower, and equipment needs to meet project deadlines Oversee concrete work including foundations, slabs, formwork, and finishing Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations Serve as the primary point of contact between project managers, general contractors, and field crews Lead, mentor, and support field employees to maintain a productive and motivated workforce Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to keep projects on track Maintain accurate daily reports, time tracking, and project documentation Experience 3+ years of experience in commercial or residential concrete construction supervision (foundations, slabs, structural concrete preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage crews effectively Solid understanding of concrete construction methods, safety practices, and quality control Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications Proficient in scheduling, problem-solving, and coordinating with multiple trades Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65, $82,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
