We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. This position involves conducting inspections, performing audits, and utilizing various precision measuring instruments to maintain quality control throughout the manufacturing process. Responsibilities Conduct thorough quality inspections of products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines to perform accurate measurements. Implement and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CGMP regulations. Perform quality audits and assist in the development of quality assurance protocols. Analyze data collected from inspections and tests to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ensure adherence to FDA regulations and HACCP guidelines throughout the production process. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed. Maintain documentation related to quality control processes and inspection results. Qualifications Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with industry standards including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, CGMP, HACCP, and FDA regulations is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Experience with quality inspection tools such as vision inspection systems and coordinate measuring machines. Proficient in using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members across departments.
