About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital & Social Media Manager to oversee all social media channels for a high-profile entertainment and lifestyle brand. This individual will be responsible for daily content creation, posting, and community engagement to ensure the brand stays relevant, visible, and culturally connected. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms). Develop and execute a daily posting schedule, ensuring all content aligns with the brand's voice and messaging. Create, curate, and edit engaging graphics, videos, and written content. Monitor trends, viral content, and competitor activity to keep the brand culturally relevant. Respond to audience interactions and manage online community engagement. Collaborate with internal teams, artists, and partners to coordinate campaigns and promotions. Track analytics and performance metrics to optimize content strategy. Ensure brand consistency and maintain a professional, authentic digital presence. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience managing social media for brands, preferably in music, entertainment, or lifestyle sectors. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Proficiency with social media management and content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut, etc.). Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Passion for music, culture, and social trends. Preferred Skills: Experience with influencer marketing, paid social campaigns, and content marketing. Analytics and reporting skills (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics).
