Validator/Vulnerability Management Lead/Information System Security Officer (ISSO)
Sabre Systems, LLC is hiring for a Validator/Vulnerability Management Lead/ISSO to support PMA-268 at Patuxent River Naval Air Station, Lexington Park, MD. The selected candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to: Assess and validate PMA-268 RMF packages (ATOs and IATTs, including but not limited to SAP development and approval) Coordinate SAP with IPT SSE and system ISSO; submit SAP for approval; execute the SAP; provide summaries of failed controls in eMASS Complete the Security Assessment Report (SAR); provide POA&M update recommendations; ensure traceability of vulnerabilities to POA&M Support Continuous Monitoring activities (annual security reviews, system changes, MFRs) Create consolidated POA&M mitigation statements for common non-compliant controls Lead PMA-268 vulnerability management program; develop VRAM guidance; PMA Vulnerability and Patch Management Policy; VPMP NAVAIR Rapid Response Lead for PMA-268; attend Rapid Response meetings; coordinate PMA-268 responses to Orders; monitor Vulnerability Management Channel; maintain Cyber Directive and SIPR trackers Support PMA-268 Cyber Lead; assist PMA-268 ISSOs; update RMF Training Slides; develop eMASS CCPs; RMF templates Coordinate MOU/ISA efforts for cyber authorizations or system use; develop Incident Response Plan RMF governance and oversight of cyber security program Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field At least three (3) years of recent and relevant experience Demonstrated engineering experience Active DoD Secret Clearance or higher; US Citizen Compensation
Mid/Journeyman level. General salary range $60,000-$150,000; final compensation based on location, qualifications, experience, and contract terms. About Sabre Systems
