The Opportunity: Adobe.com is a highly trafficked site and a primary revenue driver for Adobe. The product management team works to make Adobe.com a world-class experience, supporting revenue and retention goals. You will collaborate with team members across Adobe.com, design, and engineering to contribute to the strategic direction of Adobe.com and connect customers to Photoshop, Illustrator, Express, Lightroom, and other apps through SEO and GEO strategies. Our team defines opportunities based on data and works with Design, Content Publishing, Platform, and Engineering to develop innovative experiences optimized for SEO and GEO. You will craft GEO-led content strategies that align with customer intent, search trends, and Adobe’s marketing goals, collaborating with marketing teams to align strategies with business bets. What you’ll Do

Use data, customer and competitive insights, and standard methodologies to identify opportunities to drive GEO strategy across digital media teams. Collaborate with analytics and insights teams to research search intent and demand, using tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and LLM Optimizer. Partner with SEO teams and marketing to optimize existing content and lead the creation of new content. Align customer needs with GEO/search methodologies to increase citations and brand visibility. Analyze GEO performance, identify key trends, report impact, and spot opportunities to scale initiatives. Stay ahead of LLM-powered search evolution and new marketplace tools, set up, and opportunities. Develop roadmaps and adjust processes for integrating GEO priorities. Prioritize work against the roadmap as needed. Demonstrate a good understanding of business and product strategy when presenting and influencing decision making at leadership levels. What’s needed to succeed

MBA or equivalent experience preferred, or BA/BS with minimum of 2 years of product management or equivalent business experience. Proficiency in on-page SEO, including keyword optimization, structured content, and user-focused search experiences. Experience with GEO in conjunction with SEO. Organized, self-starter, results-driven mentality to track GEO experiences and tests. A creative mind that loves problem solving and is willing to propose out-of-the-box solutions. Familiarity with all elements of end-to-end product life cycles. Strong skills to build, manage issue resolution, and mitigate risk for the product roadmap. Experience working with complex problems and open-ended projects with ambiguous details. Ability to analyze keyword trends, forecast performance, and report on core SEO/GEO metrics. Ability to move between high-level strategy and day-to-day implementation. Hard-working, creative, and innovative attitude. Compensation and notices

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and is paid differently by location. The U.S. pay range for this position is $102,000 – $197,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. For sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission); for non-sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as base salary with potential short-term incentives under the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Some roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award. State-Specific Notices
