The Notebooks platform serves over 8,000 data scientists, engineers, and analysts, providing a versatile environment for data exploration, ETL, model development, and AI experimentation to power real-time, data-driven experiences.

The Enterprise Model Platform (EMP) team powers this transformation. We are seeking a Product Manager to join a fast-paced team responsible for Notebooks, the company\'s largest internal platform for data analysis, model development, and AI experimentation.
About the Role This Manager-level Product Manager will own the product lifecycle for operational improvements and feature delivery, serving as the primary advocate for our 8,000+ users. You will transform user feedback and market opportunities into a clear product roadmap that drives efficiency and innovation. The role requires partnering with engineering and senior management to maintain the platform and push the envelope by integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities. Success means taking extreme ownership to solve user pain points and shipping features that make internal teams more effective and innovative.
Key responsibilities
Championing the User:
Lead user communications, conduct ongoing surveys, and translate feedback into a steady cadence of feature delivery to address key pain points.
Driving Platform Excellence:
Enhance platform efficiency and performance by creating robust user analytics dashboards, managing intake requests, and partnering with tech teams on compliance and modernization efforts.
Leading Innovation:
Work with senior leadership to define and launch innovative features, including new AI-driven capabilities, and conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for the platform.
Executing with Precision:
Manage the tactical delivery of the product roadmap, from grooming the backlog in PI Planning to ensuring Knowledge Base resources are current and user office hours are effective.

Basic Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, one of the following with an expectation the degree will be obtained by start date:
Bachelor\'s Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems)
Master\'s Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in product management for technical platforms (data science or machine learning), MLOps, or internal developer tools
Familiarity with cloud computing environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes)
Demonstrated experience in an Agile environment and managing a product backlog

Compensation and Benefits The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated. Locations include Cambridge, MA; Chicago, IL; McLean, VA; New York, NY; Richmond, VA; San Francisco, CA.
Cambridge, MA: $158,400 - $180,800
Chicago, IL: $144,000 - $164,400
McLean, VA: $158,400 - $180,800
New York, NY: $172,800 - $197,200
Richmond, VA: $144,000 - $164,400
San Francisco, CA: $172,800 - $197,200
Candidates hired in other locations will be paid according to the location\'s range. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
