The Role: Operating Partner As the Operating Partner, you will lead Mountain Burger’s day-to-day operations while laying groundwork for scaling the business. You’ll be a visionary leader and hands-on operator, ensuring operational excellence and preparing the brand for future market expansion. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and refine systems and standard operating procedures to drive consistency and scalability. Lead, coach, and inspire a team of passionate individuals to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Optimize operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability while maintaining our commitment to sustainability. Partner with the ownership group to create and execute strategies for growth, expansion, and brand development. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Multi-unit restaurant management experience (e.g., General Manager or Regional Manager) in a fast-casual or full-service setting. Systems-Oriented Leader: Proven ability to implement and manage systems, processes, and standard operating procedures. People-First Mentality: Track record of growing and developing high-performing teams. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Hunger to innovate and the courage to embrace the unknown in a start-up environment.
