Overview
Senior Commercial Property Manager position at The Bachrach Group. You will manage commercial assets (non-residential/non-multi-family, non-apartment/condo) with a focus on lease administration, financial reporting, and tenant relations. A bachelor s degree in business, real estate, or a related field would be a plus. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain asset plans, manage daily operations, and establish positive relationships with property owners and tenants. Use problem-solving skills to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with lease agreements. Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, CAM reconciliations and reports; ensure timely collection and deposit of rent. Oversee real estate projects such as tenant improvements; conduct regular inspections of base building and ground areas to ensure high-level maintenance. Bid and prepare service contracts to ensure high-quality, cost-effective services; regularly evaluate vendors to maintain the highest standards. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in commercial property management (non-residential/multifamily, non-apartments/condos). Bachelor s degree in business, real estate, or related field is a plus. Compensation
