This role offers a unique opportunity to manage a high volume of premise and personal injury cases with the support of a well-established firm. The position is remote and full-time, providing a collaborative environment to enhance your legal practice.
Duties / Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of North Carolina premise and personal injury cases.
Engage in litigation and courtroom activities.
Collaborate with a fully staffed intake team to onboard clients.
Negotiate settlements to achieve optimal client outcomes.
Communicate effectively with firm members and clients.
Requirements
Must hold a valid NC State Bar License.
Experience in premise liability is a plus.
Strong negotiation and case management skills.
Willingness to litigate and challenge insurance companies.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
NC State Bar License (Required).
Skills
Initiative and self-motivation.
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to handle complex cases.
