Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate legal matters. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts. Manage all aspects of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, debt offerings, equity offerings, restructurings, and entity formation. Ensure legal compliance in all corporate activities and transactions. Provide top-tier client service, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Lead teams in complex legal projects and take on significant responsibility. Participate in business development training to help grow the firm’s client base. Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents; identify and resolve issues promptly and effectively. Foster a collegial environment within the firm and contribute to its progressive culture. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. A minimum of 8 years' experience in corporate law, with a focus on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, debt and equity offerings, restructurings, entity formation, and related matters. Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiating skills for commercial contracts. Proven experience in client interaction and providing exceptional client service. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work autonomously and lead teams. Strong business development skills and experience in training and development. Proficiency in legal writing and research, with experience preparing legal documents. Positive, collegial attitude and commitment to contributing to the firm’s progressive culture. Benefits
