Leading printing organization with multiple locations is searching to hire a Business Site Manager for a retail print production facility in Montana. Job is in Bozeman, MT. Generous relocation package is provided. Responsibilities
Manage and direct workforce to meet or exceed sales and profit goals of the business location. Design and implement sales programs setting short term and long term sales goals. Build community relations in the area providing brand awareness with a sales focus. Make certain printed projects are completed on time and within budget. Schedule jobs and assist with any production issues. Mentor, develop and hold employees accountable. Oversee training of employees. Build a positive work culture where employees can succeed and reach their potential. Work closely with executive and regional leadership team. Budgeting and P&L responsibilities. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 - 8 years' leadership experience in the offset and/or digital printing industry. General management experience including operations, sales, planning and implementing strategies. Proven track record in building sales and setting goals. Excellent leadership and people management skills. Hands-on working knowledge of prepress, printing (offset and digital) and binding operations. Excellent problem-solving skills. Good communication and follow through skills. Strong business acumen. Compensation and Benefits
Excellent career opportunity with company in growth and acquisition mode. Starting base salary $85,000 - $110,000 + monthly bonus potential, health insurance, PTO, 401k match, additional perks, and relocation assistance.
