Marketing Operations Senior Manager

to join our newly formed marketing analytics and insights team, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing Analytics and Operations. This foundational role will build and execute the operational infrastructure that powers our marketing organization’s growth and performance measurement capabilities. You will be responsible for day-to-day marketing operations, campaign management, and process optimization while supporting the VP in building scalable systems and frameworks. This role offers the opportunity to shape marketing operations from the ground up in a fast-growing organization. This is a remote position for candidates in the Eastern or Central Time Zones of the United States. Core Responsibilities

Campaign Operations & Execution:

Design, implement, and manage end-to-end campaign workflows across all marketing channels (email, digital advertising, events, content syndication); execute lead management processes including lead scoring, routing, and nurturing programs; manage campaign setup, testing, deployment, and performance tracking across marketing automation platforms; coordinate campaign calendars and ensure proper attribution and tracking implementation. Marketing Technology Management:

Serve as the hands-on administrator for key marketing technology platforms (Pardot/Marketo/HubSpot, Salesforce, analytics tools); maintain data integrity and troubleshoot issues; implement and manage marketing automation workflows, lead scoring models, and segmentation; support evaluation and implementation of new marketing technologies and integrations. Data Management & Quality Assurance:

Ensure data accuracy across CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms; implement data hygiene processes (deduplication, standardization, enrichment); manage database segmentation and list management; create and maintain data documentation and SOPs. Process Development & Optimization:

Develop and document standardized marketing operations processes and workflows; identify bottlenecks and implement solutions; create and maintain campaign request workflows and project management processes; establish quality control checkpoints and approval processes for campaign deployment. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Build and maintain campaign performance reports and dashboards for marketing leadership; track and analyze key metrics (lead generation, conversion rates, ROI); support monthly business reviews with data preparation; collaborate with analytics on attribution modeling and advanced measurement. Partner Marketing & MDF Management:

Work with partner marketing to track, measure, and report ROI of MDF investments; create partner dashboards; deliver monthly and quarterly MDF performance reports to partners. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Sales Operations to optimize lead handoff and follow-up; collaborate with partner marketing, demand generation, content, and field marketing teams; coordinate with IT and data teams on system integrations and data flow; support executive reporting with partner performance data and insights. Key Success Metrics:

Campaign deployment accuracy and timeliness, lead processing efficiency and data quality, marketing automation performance, system uptime and data integrity, process improvement impact, and MDF reporting accuracy. Required Skills and Professional Experience

10+ years of marketing operations experience, preferably in B2B technology with partner marketing experience Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (Salesforce) Proven track record managing complex multi-channel campaigns and partner-funded activities Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel) and dashboard creation Strong project management with multiple concurrent initiatives and stakeholder reporting Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM administration Strong analytical skills with data analysis and reporting Working knowledge of HTML, basic SQL, and API integrations Experience with campaign attribution and lead routing methodologies Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and tracking implementation Core Competencies

Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Excellent communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams Ability to work independently while supporting broader team objectives Adaptability and comfort in a fast-paced, evolving environment Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Experience building marketing operations functions in high-growth environments Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and compliance Certification in relevant marketing technology platforms Experience with ABM tools and strategies Growth Opportunities
