THE JOB: Join our vibrant team at Excalibur as a Tournament of Kings Showroom Clerk and play a key role in creating unforgettable guest experiences You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, exceeding expectations in every interaction, as well as handling cash transactions with accuracy. Additional responsibilities include assisting with guest inquiries, verifying tickets for entry, and providing service recovery when needed. Working at Excalibur's showroom, you'll enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every day brings new opportunities to make a positive impact.
