Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspector

Salary: $ $27.00 hourly Shift: Monday – Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Company Introduction This opportunity is with a well-established manufacturing company that values precision craftsmanship and a strong work ethic. Role Overview The Quality Assurance Inspector will be responsible for ensuring all manufactured products meet established quality standards and customer specifications. This role involves performing inspections with both manual and advanced inspection equipment, interpreting technical drawings, and maintaining accurate quality records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled with precision measuring instruments, and eager to expand their knowledge of advanced inspection technology such as FARO and Keyence systems. Core Responsibilities · Perform inspections using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, pitch mics, and gage blocks. · Learn and operate advanced inspection equipment, including FARO arm and Keyence systems. · Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. · Record and maintain inspection results using Excel and other documentation methods. · Communicate inspection results and collaborate effectively with production and management teams. · Identify, document, and report quality issues to support continuous improvement initiatives. · Multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Required Background · Previous experience in quality assurance or manufacturing inspection preferred. · Strong knowledge of precision measuring tools and their applications. · Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. · Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic data entry. · Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multi-task effectively. · Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. · Willingness to learn advanced technology-based inspection processes. · Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
