Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling personal injury cases from intake through resolution and possess strong organizational and communication skills. This role requires proactive file management, consistent client communication, and the ability to support attorneys throughout the litigation process. Duties: Manage a caseload of personal injury files under attorney supervision Coordinate client intake and gather necessary medical records, bills, and documentation Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and lien holders Draft correspondence, demands, and legal documents Maintain case calendars, track deadlines, and ensure timely follow-ups Prepare settlement documents and assist in disbursing settlement funds Support attorneys in preparing cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial Qualifications: Proven experience as a case manager or legal assistant in personal injury law Familiarity with pre-litigation and litigation processes Strong knowledge of medical terminology and record-keeping practices Proficiency in legal case management software (e.g., Filevine, Clio, SmartAdvocate) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Bilingual a plus Paralegal certification is a plus This is a great opportunity to be a key player in a client-focused practice.
