Shift Supervisor

Seoul Taco is a fast casual Korean Mexican fusion restaurant that started out as a food truck in St. Louis 10 years ago. We are looking for people that enjoy serving food and also serving people. We are looking for someone who is proactive about their role on the team. We are a busy high volume restaurant and need someone who can handle a fast paced work environment. We are looking for shift supervisors at our location in the Delmar Loop Some of the tasks are below. STARTING PAY IS $16-$17/HR + TIPS ARE AN ADDITIONAL $4-$5/HOUR. Total hourly pay could be up to $18-20/hr after tips. Ensuring the staff is completing their duties for each shift. Overseeing a small team of 4-6 people per shift. Must be able to speak up and direct staff according to our training standards. Opening/closing restaurant Managing staff each shift Delegating a small staff Completing end of shift reports Preparing food orders Taking order at cashier/phones Displaying customer service Cooking, cleaning, etc Job Types: Full-time Total Pay = $18-$20/ hr.
