Assist in food production and preparation for catering events, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. Package finished products for sale or distribution, maintaining freshness and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and excellent customer service. Utilize proper knife skills for food preparation tasks while adhering to safety protocols. Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually enhance culinary skills. Requirements Proven experience in pastry production or a similar role within the food industry. Strong baking skills with knowledge of various pastry techniques. Experience in cake decorating is highly desirable. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations. Excellent culinary skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in catering or restaurant settings is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
