Escrow Officer – Title Company
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Escrow Officer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service in the real estate closing process.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the escrow process from opening to closing
Review purchase agreements, title commitments, and related documents
Prepare and balance settlement statements (CD/HUD)
Communicate with real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers to ensure a smooth closing
Handle funds disbursement in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
Resolve title and escrow issues promptly and professionally
Maintain accurate files, records, and compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications
Minimum of 2–3 years of escrow or title experience required
Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, title insurance, and escrow procedures
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in escrow/title software and Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
Escrow Officer license/certification (if required by state)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60, $80,000.00 per year
