We are seeking a skilled Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in flooring installation and with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves installing various types of epoxy flooring such as chip, metallic, solid color finishes and or grinding and patching concrete floors. Duties We are paying more for contractors that have their own tools, we will provide tools if you do not. Install a variety of concrete floor coatings. Or be proficient in at least 1 of the floor coatings we offer. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to determine layout and installation requirements. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for sanding primer, grinding concrete for primer prep, pouring and designing materials. Patch and fill any cracks or imperfections to concrete floor. Execute trim carpentry tasks for finishing touches on flooring installations. We are mainly looking for contractors with metallic and chip epoxy flooring installation experience or grinding and patching concrete floors to prep for epoxy pour. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area during and after installations. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients. Experience Proven experience in flooring installation is required; experience in the restoration industry is a plus. Familiarity with construction site practices and safety protocols. Competence in using various hand tools and power tools related to concrete grinding and epoxy flooring installation. Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques is crucial .
