We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient shipping and receiving processes, and maintaining optimal inventory levels. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock movements. Coordinate the loading and unloading of goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks. Ensure accurate picking and packing of orders for e-commerce distribution. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency. Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy in stock levels. Utilize RF scanners for tracking inventory and order picking processes. Assist in packaging products for shipment while adhering to quality standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution environments. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and MRP systems is preferred. Proficient in using forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Strong understanding of shipping & receiving processes as well as order fulfillment practices. Basic math skills for accurate inventory tracking and order processing. Experience with e-commerce logistics is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks. Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of work. Previous experience with RF scanners, order pickers, and packaging processes is advantageous.
