Role Description
This is a full-time and the candidate can pick to work either in our Richmond Heights, Missouri office or fully remote. The Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, reviewing documents, conducting legal research, and drafting pleadings and motions. Daily tasks include organizing case files, maintaining client communication, and providing support to attorneys during all phases of the litigation process.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, Pleadings, and Motions
Experience in Document Review and Legal Research
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
Previous experience in personal injury law is a plus
Associate's degree or paralegal certification required, Bachelor's degree preferred
Salary
Pay is $55,000 to $70,000 depending upon experience.
Full benefits package, including health, dental and 401k with employer matching.
