Responsibilities Lead and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. Plan and design innovative menus that cater to diverse tastes while adhering to seasonal availability. Oversee food production processes, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality. Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Collaborate with catering teams for special events, ensuring all culinary needs are met. Train new staff on cooking techniques, kitchen procedures, and safety protocols. Skills Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising kitchen staff. Proficient in menu planning and food production techniques. Knowledge of food service management practices and inventory control systems. Familiarity with culinary trends and innovative cooking methods. Excellent understanding of food safety standards and regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in catering is a plus but not required.
